Having a long history of back problems having had two laminectomies in1988 and 1992. Following the second operation I was relatively pain free for the next eighteen years but about six months ago my problems returned and by last November (2010) I could only walk a few yards before needing to sit down. I was planning a birthday trip to Berlin with my wife and was desperate to improve my condition. I was an advert in the Link magazine for Ridgeway Medi-Spa and decided to go along a for an assessment. I was amazed by what I found out about the condition of my spine and I followed the recommendation to have a session everyday for the first week due to my imminent trip. I am delighted to say that I was able to enjoy my trip to Berlin and upon my return I continued my course of treatments combining them with the recommended exercises. I am now once again pain-free and feel so much healthier and happier. I intend to continue having monthly for 6 weekly treatment to ensure that I continue to feel well.
