Poppy and Mr Skipps have been busy on their British Eventing journey lately, here is their most recent update:

 

 

On the 31st of March  we headed over to Wales for my first event of the season.

Our dressage was quite good for are first one of the season which was 37 ( The lower the better)

We went into the Show Jumping a little nervous but over came them by going clear.

Next came our favourite the Cross country 

 Mr Skipps and i left the start box flying it all finished so quick as we had gone clear

We had ended on our Dressage score of 37 which led me into 5th place.

 

On the 14th of April we headed over to Oxfordshire to compete in my secound event of the season.

We started of quite strong pulling a 36.5 Dressage.

We went into the Show Jumping strong pulling another clear round.

The Cross Country was next Skipps and i could not wait.

We started of steady as this course was quite big and had tricky fences.

As we got closer to the end we pushed to make the time but did not quite make it as we were  just 3 secounds slow which left  us with 1.2 time peneltys to add to our dressage which left us on a score of 37.70.

We ended up coming up 7th.

 

We are now having a short break from British Eventing we will be back strong for the ISODE at inter schools event on 12 and 13th of May. And followed shortly by a 2day event on the 26th and 27th May .
