Here at Ridgeway Medi-Spa, we aim to help our patients change the way they approach their health. We try to encourage our patients not to accept a life with pain, but to understand what causes it and how to rid themselves of it and stay that way!
Our Chiropractors are registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC), and are members of the British Chiropractic Association. We follow a strict code of practice set by the GCC, and have a friendly and professional front desk team at both our clinics, who are welcoming and knowledgeable. We aim to make it easy for our patients to visit us and treat a wide range of patients from all ages and all walks of life.
Typically a new patient will have a one-to-one consultation with the Chiropractor, followed by an examination which includes neurological, orthopaedic and blood pressure exams. These may be followed by an X-ray, if it is deemed necessary. This first visit may last about 45 minutes.
The Chiropractor will then study the case and the patient will be invited to return for their Report of Findings (again approx. 30 minutes). At this appointment the Chiropractor will explain their findings to the patient, show and explain their X-rays and discuss the most common questions that patients ask at this point, which are:
What's wrong?
How long will it take to be fixed?
How much will it cost?
Then the patient can discuss the responses to these questions with the Chiropractor and make an informed decision about having treatment or not, with no obligation at all.
